Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our shipping & returns policy. 

SHIPPING

1. Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
 

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. All materials are sourced from India and the warehouse is also situated in India.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4. Not Drop Shipping Model
All the products listed in this website is exclusively designed, manufactured and stocked in our warehouse in India. We do not integrate or sell any products  from third-party sellers.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
